Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries.

Important:
International orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).

This means:

  • Import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, or taxes are NOT included at checkout

  • These charges are assessed by your local customs authority

  • The customer is responsible for paying any additional charges upon delivery

We do not control or estimate these fees, and we cannot reimburse them.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs policies vary by country. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import fees required by your country.

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • The order may not be eligible for a refund

Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or held by customs

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are the customer’s responsibility

  • Returned packages due to address errors may incur reshipping fees
